Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The OpportunityWe're building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function which will go-live in July 2025. Reporting to a National Business Manager, this National Account Manager role offers something unique and career defining. Joining in our build phase, you will play a key role in establishing work processes as well as building collaborative relationships with your assigned customer to enable the delivery of the Suntory Oceania strategy, including category, marketing and executional excellence and deliver sales performance with trade spend.Key responsibilities include:Liaise with customer buying teams to deliver mutual growth in accordance to agreed Joint Business Plans through:Customer and consumer centricityTrading Terms and Price realisation initiativesBuild and execute promotional and activation programs that optimise Suntory Oceania business objectivesPerformance rigor including full P&L managementDevelop Strong Internal Cross Functional Relationships To Deliver:Voice of Customer internallyPerformance rigor to forecast, report and deliver key supply and commercial metricsBest practice and action orientated Initiative ROI Reviews, including course correction initiatives and opportunities to grow where requiredProcess compliance, including price realisation execution and claims optimisationWhat's In Your ToolkitWith a proven track record in account management within the FMCG industry (Liquor is highly preferred), we're looking for an individual with a natural flair for developing and maintaining effective relationships with our customers to realise triple win outcomes. You will have a strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, ability to prioritise, numeric and analytical problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
