About the role
Are you a highly motivated, dynamic individual looking for a varied role with people management, operations and everyday being different?
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to change their career or progress their Retail career into an Area Retail Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and profitability of 5 retail stores within a designated area.
Responsibilities
Team Management: Recruit, train, and performance manage staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance, excellent customer service, and a positive work environment.
Store Operations: Ensure efficient and effective operations of multiple retail stores within the designated area, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Sales and Profitability: Drive sales and profitability targets by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Monitor and control expenses to achieve financial objectives.
Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all stores.
Resolve escalated customer issues and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards, employment laws, and company policies.
Implement loss prevention measures and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field Full, Australian drivers license Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales and achieving targets.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment Benefits
