About the Role
The Senior Change Manager will apply the UTS Change Framework to design and deliver change impact assessments, change strategies, detailed change management, communication, and training plans, and will undertake complex change management activities as required for the successful delivery of applicable change initiatives.
They may be the sole or lead change manager on an enterprise-wide project or program and may work across one or multiple projects, depending on demand.
About You
As the Senior Change Manager, you will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in change management, including the delivery of complex transformational change initiatives as the sole or leading change manager on an enterprise-wide project or programExperience in working directly with senior executive leadersExperience delivering change management services within large and complex organisations with the proven ability to influence and contribute effectively and creativelyExperience within the tertiary or education sectors (desirable)Experience in developing and delivering end-to-end bespoke communications strategies and plansDemonstrated experience in writing communications material for a wide range of audiences, including senior executives, Boards, and operational staff.Remuneration
A competitive and comprehensive remuneration package will be offered.
This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for 24 months.
