About the Opportunity
The Construction Superintendent/ Site Supervisor supports the ICON Project Manager with the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction phases of projects, achieving desired outcomes within schedule requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise the ICON offshore construction team executing multi-disciplinary construction and commissioning activities on offshore production facilities in accordance with approved workpacks/procedures.
Lead implementation of Project HSE Management Plan, ensuring site activities are conducted safely, whilst promoting transparent and open reporting on all HSE related matters.
Offshore focal point for ICON and client onshore/offshore teams, accountable for direction, coordination, and performance of all site construction operations, including management of SIMOPS interfaces and site change orders.
Providing in-office construction technical advice and guidance to project teams, participating in constructability reviews and implementation workpack development.
Managing the Permit to Work process for ICON related scopes.
About You
Trade Qualification and/or Diploma in Project Management.
Electrical/Instrument & Controls background highly desirable.
T-BOSIET and MSIC required.
First Aid Certification desirable.
Proven track record in project, construction, and people management.
Broad experience in managing the execution of multiple small to medium sized offshore projects, including Brownfields projects for Woodside Energy Limited.
Understands the general principles of engineering design, fabrication, installation, and offshore construction requirements.
Strong HSE focus, actively promoting a positive HSE culture.
Fosters collaborative teamwork, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and a flexible and pro-active approach.
Strong ownership and accountability of assigned scopes, delivering excellent results for ICON, the client, your team, and yourself.
