Summary Supervise the structural construction stage of a $70 Million-Dollar Commercial Construction Build – SOR Perth.
Ensuring structural integrity & safety.
Essential criteria: Permanent | Structural Site Supervisor | Perth WA – South of the River (SOR) From $160K + Super + Vehicle | Commercial Construction & Property Devlopment Pipeline of Future Works | Job Security | Collaborative & Supportive Team NOT YOUR ORDINARY SITE SUPERVISOR POSITION: this position requires a Site Supervisor with demonstratable experience supervising the structural construction stages of commercial builds and knowledge of the Australian Building Standards.
About The Role: Join a commercial property development and construction contractor with various works across Western Australia.
Supervise all site operations of the structural framework of a $70 Million-Dollar Commercial Construction Build.
Ensure structural integrity & accurate engineering.
Monitor & maintain project schedules.
Review project plans & specifications of the building design.
Maintain a clean & safe work site.
Embrace & control a fast-paced working environment.
About You: Successful experience supervising commercial builds at the structural construction stage.
Such as Formwork on a High-Rise Apartment, Aged Care Facility or Hotel etc… Worked on high value projects ($30 Million+) with reputable Australian builders.
Tilt-Up / Tilt Panel experience and qualification is desired.
Knowledge of the Australian Building Standards.
Highly organised, with the ability to priorities tasks, meet deadlines & manage continuous change and its consequences effectively.
Safety conscious.
