Our client is a highly respected leader in the aged care sector in Australia, dedicated to providing top-quality Residential Care services.
With a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families, they're looking to welcome a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to their team.

THE ROLE:

Working closely with the Group Marketing & Communications Manager, this position is ideal for a proactive marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Your role will be essential to ensuring all marketing initiatives run smoothly and effectively, encompassing a wide range of key responsibilities:

Develop and schedule engaging content to build brand awareness across social platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand tone and objectives.
Assist in creating and refining content for both internal and external audiences, using tools like Canva, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Act as the main liaison for vendors, maintaining effective relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials, ads, and campaigns.
Oversee and update the marketing calendar, track project timelines, and coordinate publication schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
Handle internal and external briefs, ensuring requirements are clear, aligned with strategy, and executed to high standards.
YOU:

You're an enthusiastic marketer with a passion for people-centred, meaningful communications.
The ideal candidate will be:

Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining keen attention to detail.
Comfortable with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Video editing skills to support all aspects of content creation and brand storytelling.
You have excellent written and verbal skills, essential for maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Enjoys working collaboratively with a supportive team and contributing positively to the company culture.
Must be happy to work full time in the office.
