Nursery Lead Educator Sparrow Early Learning Karana Downs 5days a week | Part-time We are looking for an exceptionally experienced, warm, nurturing & encouraging Superstar who: Has a true passion for high quality Early Childhood Education & Care Is inspired by the opportunity to help young minds take flight Has an inclusive leadership style and will mentor and develop our team members As our Nursery Studio Lead Educator you will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver fun and educational programs and practices that supports our youngest learners development.
You will provide a creative environment that engages our infants and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills and will have the unique opportunity to experience the joy and wonder that babies bring each day. Sparrow Early Learning Karana Downs is a beautiful 67 place centre offering four Reggio Emilia inspired rooms.
We offer care with a warm, nurturing space for them to learn and grow.
Our centre is located in a quiet street amongst local shops and a golf course.

What you'll need: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care Monday to Friday required Proven experience in the 0-2 year age group Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy Current Working with Children Check Excellent communication & leadership skills Experience with Storypark is a bonus First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
