We have a couple of vacancies within the Regional Development area and are looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.
The Project Coordinators play a crucial role in overseeing project administration activities under the Aboriginal Land Rights Act (NT) 1976 (ALRA) and Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) (NTA).
This position will be responsible for coordinating within a team on major projects, section (s19) ALRA Land Use Expressions of Interest for proposed Land Use and work collaboratively with a team of diverse professionals and Traditional Owners (TOs).
What you will Bring As the ideal candidate, you will bring sound cross-cultural, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills, essential for the effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
You will have experience with standard financial practices, and strong negotiation and problem-solving skills that enable you to navigate complex challenges adeptly.
Additionally, you will excel in written communication, producing high-quality submissions, business correspondence, and reports.
In addition to this you will have:
Minimum of a Diploma Level tertiary qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience in a related industry or sector.Minimum 2 years of practical experience coordinating and facilitating project administration.Sound skills in the use of IT resources (including MS Office) and systems (Database Management systems).Current C Class Drivers Licence and the ability and willingness to undertake remote travel in a manual 4WD vehicle or light aircraft.What's in it for you? This is a senior level role that requires you to work within an engaging and collaborative team and maintain the levels of professionalism and high-level administration required to deliver effective and efficient services to our TOs and all stakeholders.
We offer: A base salary of $110,763 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 + Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include:District allowance of up to $4,797 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2,630 without dependents.5 weeks annual leave, leaving loading, 15 days personal leave.Paid Christmas close-down.Upon completion of 12 months of service an Annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $2,961.Relocation support provided for regional and interstate candidates (if successful).Interested applicants should send a copy of their CV along with a cover letter addressing the essential requirements of the role as outlined in the position description and why you are interested in this position.
