The marketing team also manages marketplace stores and product listings such as on eBay and Amazon, along with supporting other online retailers that sell our products.
In this highly dynamic and hands-on role, you will be reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, providing input and assistance in the development and execution of key marketing strategies, tasks, and projects.
The projects will be varied, and you will have plenty of opportunities to contribute to the success of the team projects.
This is a highly supported role where we will provide training and support for you to successfully complete the tasks required.
You will gain valuable experience in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Magento, Zendesk, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
Your core duties will consist of mainly the following:
Assist in adding & updating products in Magento online catalog and additional platforms.Check and update the online store to ensure accuracy of product listings.Assist in the management of online marketplaces & meta catalog.Proofreading and cross-checking listings, email marketing, marketing materials, documents, and spreadsheets.Assist in preparing reports & spreadsheets.Product image preparations & photo editing.Creation of product specification drawings.Assist with activating sales campaign tasks such as merchandising online categories.Preparation of product submissions for retailers.Assist in creating and editing product documentation such as user and installation instructions.Maintain an up-to-date image library, including preparation of imagery for existing product range and new, including photography, image editing, and videography.Preparation of showroom ticketing.Assist in preparing social media posts.Assist with developing content for our blog and online resources.Assistance in the day-to-day running of the marketing department.To be considered for this role, applicants should demonstrate the following key skills or criteria:
Be able to work 40hrs per week during AEDT specified hours.Be able to work in a home office that is private to ensure you are not interrupted and distracted.Own a computer, provide access to the internet, have a video camera, and suitable headset with clear microphone for video calls.We are looking for someone who:Has strong attention to detail.Is accountable for their tasks and has an excellent work ethic.Has a desire to learn and contribute to the team.Is self-motivated and passionate about work and completing tasks.Has strong written and verbal communication skills.Previous experience with image editing and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is favorable but not necessary for anyone with a strong willingness to learn these skills.Magento 2 & ActiveCampaign experience is favorable.Sales funnel & automation experience is favorable.Basic understanding of HTML + CSS is favorable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
