If you're results-oriented, action-driven, and focused on achieving real business outcomes, we want you on our team.What You'll Be Doing:As the Head of Business Improvement, you will take full ownership of shaping and executing our business improvement strategy, with direct accountability for the success and sustainability of every centre in our network.You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects that streamline operations, drive financial performance, and elevate the experience for both children and families.Your responsibility will be to ensure that every initiative delivers clear, measurable outcomes and drives tangible ROI, aligning with our strategic goals.You will work closely with Regional and Portfolio Managers to proactively identify key opportunities for operational improvements, taking charge of resolving complex challenges and driving performance enhancements across the network.You will be the key driver behind making sure these improvements are implemented effectively, ensuring that they work and deliver results that directly impact financial performance and service quality.Your success will be measured by the measurable improvements in operational efficiency, financial outcomes, and the overall experience delivered to families and children.What We're Looking For:We need a high-performing leader with a proven track record in delivering operational improvements at scale.
