We are now embarking on an exciting stage of growth, and as such are looking to build our team with likeminded, passionate, innovative individuals who will contribute to the success of Dukes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's goals to achieve national distribution and coverage in pharmacies.Manage distribution channel operations to maximize potential and enhance customer engagement, and foster relationships with key chains, pharmacy groups, and independent pharmacies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the pharmacy channel.Identify & lead new business opportunities.Develop pricing, marketing and promotional initiatives.Manage sales & marketing budgets and forecasts.Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an account manager in the pharmacy channel, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.Existing relationships with key senior players in the industry is essential.Proven track record of sales success including new business development and developing long-term customer relationships.Experienced in launching products with key pharmacy partners and driving growth across the pharmacy network.Results focused with the ability to drive consistent outcomes.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A strong analytical and commercial mindset with a solid understanding of P&L and business financials.We OfferA high-performing, collaborative and dynamic team culture.Modern office base in North Sydney.
