The newest division of Sime Darby Motors, SD Motors Parramatta is on the lookout for a personable and passionate individual to join our team, in the position of Trainee Business Manager (F&I).

About the role:
As a Trainee Business Manager, you will ensure the profitable sale of finance, insurance and extended warranties through offering flexible finance arrangements to our customers and developing long term repeat business for the company.
As a key member of the team, you will be an integral part of driving growth and revenue for the dealership.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Proactive and consistent introduction of both Finance and Insurance products to customers Ensure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with best finance facilities Prepare and submit all financial applications and liaise with financiers to achieve swift positive customer outcomes Demonstrate a high level of customer service and maintain good relationships with customers and potential customers.
To be successful in this role you must offer the following:
Previous experience in the automotive industry Previous experience in a similar role Advanced interpersonal skills KPI focused and highly self motivated Why work with us?
