There is an excellent permanent full-time opportunity for a driven, motivated Senior Conference and Events Coordinator to join the events team at the RACV City Club.
The role: Professional communication with clients to obtain and understand their event requirementsCreating Event Order documents to be distributed both internally and to clientsWorking with internal departments to ensure all your client's details are accounted forObtaining payment, sending deposit reminders and managing your own event accountsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume venue where you will manage up to 10 events per weekWhat we are looking for: Experience in a 4-5-star property coordinating a large volume of eventsA passion for events and a desire to learn and improve on event management skillsA proven track record of exceeding client expectationsNaturally tech savvy and efficient with administrative dutiesSelf-motivated and ability to work both autonomously and in a team environmentExperience in OPERA Sales & Catering is desirableMicrosoft Suite as a desirable - Managing Group Accommodation BookingsWe're offering… Competitive Salary and exclusive staff RACV benefits.50% off Car + Home insurance and more alongside free roadside assistanceSubsidised meals provided on shift.Ongoing training and Career DevelopmentThe opportunity to work with a highly engaged leadership team to shape and grow the resort.Permanent full-time positionApplication process Please submit by clicking the 'Apply' button.
