The Role We are currently looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our team.
Your main responsibility will be to lead and manage key client relationships with our major online retail partners, many of whom also operate physical stores, acting as the primary point of contact for these accounts.
The work location will be hybrid between home and office.
You will be primarily based in South Melbourne with occasional work at our Head Office in Truganina.
Primary Responsibilities: Manage and support existing clients (retailers) by addressing their needs and fostering growth within our partnership.Manage requests to ensure that our clients have the most up-to-date and relevant content/assets for their online campaign activity.Actively manage the promotional calendar together with our clients and assist with activating sales initiatives.Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting.Point of contact for our clients for all sales, marketing, and inventory enquiries.Work with clients on New Products Launches, Promotional activity, and sampling forecasts.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to collate all relevant product information and marketing material for new product lines.Set up half yearly Marketing Planning Sessions with all Tier 1 retail partners to align Marketing Calendars.Manage the Retail Marketing Budgets and Business Development Fund for each Tier 1 Retailer.Work collaboratively with the broader Marketing Team to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and alignment with Brand Guidelines.Identify new online distribution opportunities to grow this revenue stream for Ozdare.We are looking for: It's essential to have a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in online selling, marketing strategies, and overall business strategy.
This includes knowledge of digital platforms, audience engagement, and the ability to adapt to ever-evolving market trends.
Experience in a similar role.Understanding of the obligations of contracts and trading agreements.A track record of making data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance, demonstrating an understanding of market dynamics and business profitability.Delivering excellent customer service whilst thriving in a target-driven environment.A professional, proactive team member who displays initiative.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.Tertiary qualified (Highly Regarded).HOW YOU WILL BE REWARDED: Fun, inclusive, and friendly culture.Birthday Day Off.Ozdare Wellness Quarterly Allowance.Counselling support (EAP) available for all staff.* Regional and interstate travel may be required.
