Full-time, Monday to Friday, no weekendsCompetitive hourly rate with an increase at three and 12 months, after successful completion of your training requirementsMake a real difference in your community by working in a community-focused bankLearn the financial services industry while gaining transferable skillsAbout the role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer and Experience team, supporting our branch network in the Albury-Wodonga region.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
We also welcome applications from gap year students seeking a maximum-term contract of up to one year.
Our Customer Experience Specialists help our customers every single day and are responsible for understanding our customer's financial goals and aligning products and services to meet their needs.

Our process Once the role is closed, we review all applications against the requirements, creating a shortlist for further review.If your application is successful, you may receive an initial screening call to further assess your suitability, before being invited to an interview.We conduct two rounds of interviews, with the first interview being held with the supervisor and a member of our People Team.
