Our purpose is to bring mobility to the world's communities - for today, for tomorrow and for the better.About the roleAs an instore Customer Experience Specialist with SUBARU DONCASTER, you will embark on a journey to learn, develop, and implement the various functions of this critical role.
You'll coordinate and manage the sales process, ensuring that our customers receive personalized solutions that meet their unique needs.
By building positive relationships, actively listening, and showcasing our product offerings, you will help create an exceptional and collaborative sales journey for our customers.Reporting into the Retail Centre Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Gain comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate benefits to customers during demonstrations.Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information on vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.Manage appointments, test drives, and ensure a smooth delivery/handover experience for customers.Handle customer trade-ins, prepare sales contracts, valuations, and accurately process documentation.Capture and maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce and DMS while following up post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and adhere to safety procedures.Why join us?Thorough and ongoing training provided to support you in all aspects of your role.Career and development opportunities - providing you with a sense of purpose and direction, you drive your destiny with Inchcape.Supportive team environment - We foster a positive and supportive team culture and thrive on working well together.Enjoy more time doing what you love with additional days off including an annual Wellbeing Leave Day and annual Volunteering Leave Day each year.Access to our employee benefits program including company car rental program and discounts on vehicle purchases, plus many moreAbout youTo be successful in the role, you will have:Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within direct sales.Proven ability to manage the sales process, documentation, and close sales independently.Strong communication skills and proficiency in meeting KPI metrics.Expertise in MS Office, digital platforms, multitasking, and organisation; valid driver's license.Prior automotive industry experience, Salesforce familiarity, and commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences with professionalism and integrity.Apply nowBe a part of a global team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering the best customer experiences in the industry.
