About the role
The Clinical Data Lead is a crucial member of a multidisciplinary team and will be handling sensitive information.
The role of the Clinical Data Lead is to use various systems to extract, analyse and interpret data relating to the Primary Health Services delivered at The Parkville Youth Justice Primary Care Centre.
Extraction, analysis and interpretation of data using a variety of software such as Mastercare and CRIS
Solid understanding of Justice Health Notifiable incidents inclusive of reporting timeframes, reporting formats and breaches
Familiarity with Riskman reporting system and drawing data, reports and trends from the system
Navigation of payroll and rostering systems used within Parkville Primary Health Service

Background experience as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health clinician
Proof of qualification to be sighted
Experience in assessing and interpreting clinical data and/or experience in a clinical project development Preferred experience within a custodial environment or interest and willingness to fulfill training requirements within Youth custody role
All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Police Check, a Working with Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-employment declaration form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination against COVID-19 (3 doses).
Additionally, some roles will also require current AHPRA registration and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Roles that are determined to be Risk Category A or B [staff that have direct and/or indirect contact with body substances and are at higher risk of occupational exposure to infections] will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza prior to commencement [A] or within 12 weeks of commencement [B].
This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders for COVID-19 and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
