Your opportunity:As our valued Senior Product Manager - Mobile Transformation, you will play a vital role in collaborating with teams in the multi-year Consumer Transformation program to define and deliver the mobile product roadmap and its associated targets and benefits.
You'll draw on your strong product (full lifecycle) knowledge, sharp analytical abilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen to become an expert in the mobile business.
You'll make impact by:Helping to define the product strategy and associated initiatives for the mobile business, within the Consumer transformation program, to ensure sustainable and improved business growth.Taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery, launch and ongoing experience for the products you deliver, whilst working closely with areas such as Technology, Billing, Operations, and the Digital teams.Defining a great customer experience around products that drives NPS and word of mouth in the market.Undertaking or commissioning customer research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences and apply these insights to product development.Processing, analysing and drawing out key insights to support and shape strategies and recommendations.
Examples include Customer data, Financial / commercial data.Leading, coaching and developing a team to deliver the outcomes and benefits as per the Transformation program; additionally, be pro-active in mentoring team members to reach their maximum potential.Building and improving on the team's engagement / Spirit index.Leveraging your excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to lead and influence a variety of teams across the business.What you'll bring:Product management experience, specifically in the Telecom industry.Creative solutions and ideas, challenging the norm in order to drive innovation and enhanced customer experiences.Structured problem solving – ability to logically break down a problem and explain concisely key recommendations to senior stakeholders.Analytical and attention to detail with a commercial focus.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to senior management.Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with strong stakeholder impact and influence skills at the Head-of level.Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and a can-do attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role, working in a fast-moving environment.Degree qualified, ideally in business, economics, finance/accounting.What's in it for you?Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office).'Stay Connected Mobile' – Access to a free mobile plan.'Stay Connected NBN' – Access to a free NBN 100 plan.'Your Leave' - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every year.Access to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities.Access to Corporate Partner Discounts.Come join us and build a better future.
