This role involves understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for AI-driven innovation, defining requirements, and ensuring that AI projects deliver measurable business value.
The AI Business Analyst combines analytical thinking, domain knowledge, and a solid understanding of AI technologies to align technical capabilities with strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Needs AnalysisCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities where AI solutions can add value.Conduct detailed analyses of current processes, systems, and workflows to define business requirements for AI-driven transformation.Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for AI initiatives.AI Opportunity AssessmentEvaluate potential AI use cases, conducting feasibility studies to prioritize initiatives with high business impact.Assess data availability and quality to determine the suitability of AI solutions for specific business needs.Identify metrics and KPIs to measure the success and ROI of AI projects.Collaboration with Technical TeamsAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.Work with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and developers to ensure AI models and systems meet business objectives.Collaborate on model training, validation, and deployment to align technical outputs with business needs.Stakeholder Engagement and CommunicationCommunicate AI concepts, project progress, and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and visualizations to showcase the value of AI solutions.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and align stakeholders on project goals.Project Management SupportSupport project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of AI solutions that meet defined objectives.Monitor AI project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of AI solutions.Research and InnovationStay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies, tools, and trends to identify potential applications for the business.Benchmark AI strategies and implementations against industry standards and competitors.Propose innovative ideas to leverage AI for competitive advantage and operational efficiency.Essential requirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
