We engage with investors, analysts, proxy advisors and stewardship teams. At the same time, we represent the equity market internally. We share investor feedback and advise Management and Board on market perception and environment.The key purpose of the Event Coordinator role is to plan and deliver Woodside's external engagements with the equity market.Duties & Responsibilities:Global CalendarPlan global calendar of Investor Relations events and meetingsResponsible for arranging all logistics associated with roadshows and conferencesResponsible for arranging logistics for investor presentations and site visitsResponsible for arranging investor meetingsLiaise with security for events with C-suiteLiaise with relevant EAs to set up internal and external meetings involving IR, ELT and/or Board membersResponsible for logging meeting minutes in the IR CRMResponsible for preparing briefing notes ahead of investor meetingsSupport to VP IR and IR teamSupport VP IR with meetings and travel arrangementsSetup team meetingsArrange supplier contractsIR contact channelsResponsible for monitoring IR mailbox and answer investor queriesResponsible for answering the IR phone line number and answer investor queriesSkills & Experience:5+ years experience in coordinating eventsExperience in the energy sector is a plusKnowledge of Woodside business, systems and process is a plusBachelor degree is a plusCore skillsets required:Strong project management skills. Able to coordinate various stakeholders, workstreams and deliver through a hard timelineStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly diligent on processes with great attention to detailsStrong relationship skills.
