Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, Booleroo CentreSalary* $27.93 - $28.23 per hour + 25% casual loading - WHA2Casual Contracts available (up to 31 May 2025)Please note figures are correct as at 24th April 2024Overview We are now accepting applications for the annual intake of Services Assistants (WHA2) for 2024 / 2025 at Booleroo Centre District Hospital & Health Services.
As a Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a timely, efficient and effective service, that involves the catering and cleaning of the health unit.
Duties may include the preparation, service and delivery of food to clients and general housekeeping.
You may also be required to undertake laundry duties.
About you Proven ability to work well within a team environmentFlexible approach to work and rostering systemsSound interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to relate to people from different cultures, backgrounds and circumstancesEffective written, verbal and numeracy skillsAbility to use discretion and maintain strict confidentialityIf you have limited experience in the areas of housekeeping, cooking / catering and laundry, we encourage you to apply.

Applicant Information This vacancy is for multiple casual positions.
Working hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked on a casual shift by shift basis.
