Client Experience Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal new role as Client Experience Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction selection process, ensuring their vision is brought to life from the initial meeting through to project completion. You will facilitate effective communication and coordinate various aspects of the selections and pre-build process, contributing to our clients' successful experience of a beautiful home coming to life.Key Responsibilities:Initiate and maintain communication with clients post-contract signing, ensuring a smooth transition into the selection phase.Schedule selection meetings and coordinate with interior designers.Compile selection changes from meetings in a Post Contract Variation (PCV) format.Distribute initial meeting materials, including electrical plans, email templates, and 3D links of plans, to enhance client decision-making.Compile and organize visual aids and images of plans to streamline the selection process.Review and confirm the client selection documentation compiled by the Client Selections Officer for accuracy and alignment with client preferences.Facilitate ongoing discussions with clients about options, guiding them toward informed choices.Organize meetings to finalize selections and document any necessary changes.Present selection reviews, including cost analysis, to clients in a clear and comprehensive manner, finalizing selection decisions based on costs.Secure final selections on the Online Portal for client approval, ensuring all details are accurately documented.Liaise with electricians and suppliers to confirm project specifications and costs.Manage landscaping meetings, including layout preparation and oversight of plant selection and delivery logistics.Ensure all documentation is current and aligned with project developments, including tracking variations and updates.Validate quotes for changes, ensuring all information is saved and accurately reflected in the system.Oversee the variation process by liaising with clients to present costs, manage selections, and handle plan changes.Participate in pre-build meetings, marking changes for construction updates.Review selection documentation and highlight necessary updates based on variations.Address on-site inquiries and situations, collaborating with Site Supervisors to ensure client satisfaction.Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the entire process.Update Google Forms and Pinterest boards to provide visual aids for clients and support streamlined processes.Utilize Bluebeam software for precise measurements and effectively communicate spatial details to clients.Review plans and services, and possess a clear understanding of certification related to pools.Oversee the collection of certificates for the certifier.Manage the process and ensure all information is on track with regards to building approval.Documentation and Reporting:Verify project plans for accuracy and ensure all required folders and files are well-prepared.Confirm that quotes in our systems are accurate and communicate essential updates to stakeholders.Qualifications:Proven experience in a client liaison or selections management role within the construction industry.Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in project management and markup software, including Bluebeam, Onsite, and CoConstruct.Ability to read and interpret construction plans.Solid understanding of design and construction processes with a keen eye for detail.Knowledge of costs and budget considerations to support clients in making informed decisions and keeping them on track.Ability to compile emails, explain costs, and present examples and options to help clients make decisions.Skills in Excel to help compile costs and documents in a client-friendly format.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Customer Experience Manager?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
