Must be a Sydney based, permanent resident or Australian citizen.
About the role You will be leading the backend development and maintenance of scalable, high-quality software solutions using .NET, SQL and Azure.

Skills and experience Highly skilled in backend technologies; .NET, SQL and Azure.
Lead the software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Drive technical leadership and support project managers to deliver projects on time, aligning with business and technical goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve backend technical issues, ensuring high standards of code quality.
Experience mentoring other developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and security.
Continuously improve system performance and resolve security vulnerabilities.
Proficient in managing large-scale applications with strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
Passionate about coding and technology beyond work, actively involved in tech communities and forums.
Take a hands-on approach with a platform mindset, driving new technologies or automations to enhance team performance.
