Childcare Centre Manager (Nominated Supervisor)

Trinity Academy Moss Vale (formerly named Wembley Road Preschool) is a family-owned 50 place long day care centre located in Moss Vale, Southern Highlands.

Trinity Academy has an opportunity for a Centre Manager (Nominated Supervisor) who possesses a professional and enthusiastic attitude to oversee our service operations and work with our team in providing a culture of excellence in education and care of our children.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualification Diploma in Early Childhood or preferably, university qualification in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved) or working towards an ACECQA approved qualification holding a diploma.
Current NSW Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain).
National Police Check.
Up to date Child Protection training.
Strong leadership experience in Early Childhood.
A commitment to facilitating quality practice.
A strong knowledge of the EYLF & NQF.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in managing Centre quality and compliance in line with regulations.
Responsibilities:
Great communication and time management skills.
Punctual and reliable.
Provide high quality care and assist in the education and development of children.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, children, and other Educators.
Contribute to a professional and positive team culture and be a positive role model for others.
Maintain qualification levels in accordance with the current government regulations.
An understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations.
Desire to continually learn and add value to our childcare centres.
Ability to make business decisions and work with assigned budgets.
