The client is a leader in the EPCM industry supporting studies, tenders, and projects across the globe and across multiple commodities such as lithium, copper, iron-ore, gold, and rare earth minerals.What's in it for you:Competitive compensationCareer advancement opportunitiesFlexible arrangements to help you achieve work-life balanceA focus on your professional development and opportunities to grow your career.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, primarily providing technical expertise as well as guidance and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met.Manage and oversee engineering and design aspects of mineral processing engineering projects, including conceptual design, feasibility studies and detailed engineering for the disciplines of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation.Collaborate with the Functional Managers (Mechanical / Civil & Structural / Electrical and Instrumentation) to ensure positive project outcomes from a technical and schedule perspective.Be responsible for technical approval and sign-off of the project's engineering and design.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental stewardship.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team, promoting innovation, excellence, and professional development.About You:A Bachelor's degree; Mechanical, Process or Electrical Engineering.Extensive experience with discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment with proven experience in a leadership role.Demonstrated success taking ownership of engineering deliverables to support demanding project schedulesStrong technical expertise in mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment.Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion, with a focus on safety, technical quality, and client satisfaction.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.Commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.Apply:Please click on the apply button or contact Supreet Singh at: or call on: .Who are weAt PERSOLKELLY, our passion is - and always has been - putting you first.We propel our people forward by supporting their careers in fresh ways, backed by our expertise and capability.We're committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment which values and respects diverse styles, backgrounds, experience and perspectives.We welcome and encourage women, people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent and people from diverse backgrounds to apply.So it's over to you.
