Join Our Team at Cannington Retravision About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused full-time Sales Team Member to join our dynamic team at our busy Cannington store.
As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience through top-tier customer service, expert product knowledge, and driving sales.

What you'll be doing Selling - assisting customers with product selection, demonstrating features, and closing salesProviding friendly and attentive customer service to ensure customers have a positive shopping experienceMaintaining product displays and store presentation to the highest standardsAccurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and paymentsRestocking and replenishing merchandise as neededSupporting the team in completing other retail store duties as requiredWhat we're looking for Permanent work rights in AustraliaPrevious experience in a sales roleFlexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, late night trading and school holidaysExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable mannerStrong product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs with the right productsNumerical skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and process sales transactionsA positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with othersAbility to lift a minimum of 15kgs as part of your daily dutiesAbility to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol screenA valid current Western Australian Driver's LicencePolice Clearance (less than 2 months old)Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safetyWhat we offer At Dorsett Retail Pty Ltd, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits to support you including one of the best incentive schemes in the retail industry, flexible scheduling, and opportunities.
