We are currently seeking an exceptional Learning Manager who is ready to tackle the demanding challenges of our Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental program.
This role demands a high level of commitment and expertise, as it will significantly impact engagement, performance enablement, and measurement, driving our people's success at its core.
Your Key Responsibilities
Create and implement innovative, high-impact learning and leadership development offerings, including train-the-trainer approaches, that align with our HSSE organizational values and goals.
Develop agile and iterative design and development approaches that enhance participation and provide meaningful feedback.
Maintain HSSE content libraries, ensuring materials are easy to access, updated as needed, and reflect the highest standards of quality.
Perform rigorous needs assessments to ensure the most effective and innovative approaches are being taken.
Review and report on training data and analytics to identify learning and development trends and forecast future requirements.
Effectively manage and lead diverse project teams, inspiring them to achieve exceptional results.
Collaborate with worldwide regional colleagues to emphasize successful learning approaches and consistent HSSE program experiences.
Manage and collaborate with vendors for learning delivery and design.
Coach and inspire team members to innovate and drive high performance.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Exhibit an exceptional understanding of adult learning and behavioral science principles.
Possess solid business acumen and extensive experience in translating training needs into strategic learning initiatives.
Demonstrate excellent presentation skills, including experience in effective train-the-trainer approaches.
Exhibit solid project management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-impact projects concurrently.
Showcase exceptional listening skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Be a continuous learner who stays at the forefront of advancements in adult learning.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Education, Business, or another applicable area.
Minimum of eight years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
