Due to internal movement, we are looking for experienced International Freight Forwarding Specialist who love working with clients and managing portfolios.

The Opportunity The role is situated within the Ocean Freight Client Management team which will give the successful candidates the opportunity to be involved with all facets of Ocean Freight International Logistics.
The focus of the role is to create a great customer experience which means the successful applicant will have control of most of the operational process from start to finish
What your day to day will look like
Liaising with other departments to ensure all client elements are aligned Manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
Oversee billing and account management processes.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Prepare and provide accurate quotes to clients.
Track and follow up on customer orders.
Address and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Coordinate the claims process for damaged goods.
Extract data and create KPI status reports Analyse trade trends and determine the most economical ways to meet client demands We are looking for experienced International Logistics candidates who have had a background in: Import or Export Operations Client Service Sales Support About you A customer focused person with an absolute minimum of 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for high performing customers You will be able to work autonomously in a varied and flexible environment and keep up the pace
You must have intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills.
