Clinical Nurse Looking to step into a key leadership position and grow your skillset? Permanent part-time opportunity About the Opportunity We are seeking a clinical nurse to join our team at Pindara Private Hospital. We are a nine bedded Intensive Care Unit which caters for patients who are post-surgical, patients admitted through our Emergency department and any emergencies from the ward, obstetric emergencies and patients requiring dialysis.
We require a motivated, enthusiastic nurse who possesses a post graduate certificate in ICU. Previous experience in role of a Clinical nurse in ICU would be preferable.
We are a family friendly unit with self-rostering ensuring you have quality time with your family.
Your Skills and Experience You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum 2 years' experience within the areas of specialty essentialProven ability to always act as a positive role model and as a professionalTeam leading experiencePossess excellent time management skills and well development clinical problem-solving skillsA passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performancePost graduate qualification in specialty area desirable but not essentialRemuneration $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)
