You will also contribute to the strategic plan of the Hospital Education Department as an essential member of the team.
You will be required to:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based training and support to the staff in the A&E Department.Develop, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs across the facility.Provide valuable contributions to the hospital's quality improvement process.Your Skills and Experience You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
You will also demonstrate:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum 2 years' experience within the areas of specialty essentialProven ability to always act as a positive role model and as a professionalTeam leading experiencePossess excellent time management skills and well-developed clinical problem-solving skillsA passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performancePost graduate qualification in specialty area desirable but not essentialRemuneration A base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
