This is a hands-on role for a leader who thrives on creating positive experiences for both guests and staff while excelling in back-of-house operations and reporting.
You'll take charge of leading a vibrant team while overseeing operations, stock control, financial reconciliation, and driving trade.
In the role you will...
take ownership of day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach.
oversee cost controls, budget management and financial reporting.
lead and train staff to ensure delivery of great experiences.
bring a skill set which combines hospitality expertise, an ability to lead, and a drive to create a standout local venue.
know you have a team behind you, helping handle gaming, function and event sales, marketing, HR, and operational compliance, allowing you to focus on creating a new local, building great connections with our customers and community and leading our amazing team.
maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, Responsible Service of Alcohol, and Responsible Conduct of Gambling.

bring hospitality management experience (2+ years) in venue operations and management, having worked across gaming, functions, dining and bar.
have that hospitality agility to find solutions and adapt to business needs quickly.
maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, Responsible Service of Alcohol, and Responsible Conduct of Gambling.
have a knack for making folks feel right at home the second they walk in, whether you're chatting with regulars, welcoming newcomers, or rallying the team.
