WaterNSW is seeking an experienced Support Coordinator – Operating Strategy, Science and Modelling to join our team.This is an opportunity to work with an essential organisation creating a more sustainable future for the state.This role offers the flexibility to work around life, your contribution will be valued, and you'll be supported to build a rewarding career.Our perks and Benefits :At WaterNSW, we believe that our employees should be as well taken care of as our rivers, dams, and pipelines, that's why we offer a load of benefits.Flexible workingWork a 9-day fortnight at Full pay on the Enterprise agreementUp to 16 weeks paid parental leaveFertility leaveYearly corporate wear allowanceProfessional development and educational assistanceSalary Range starting from $95,764 Base + SuperAnd so much moreWhat you'll do :Coordinate administrative business and support functions of the team in an accurate, compliant and timely manner, including team meetings, events and travel.Provide accurate and timely program / project support by maintaining relevant information systems to ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, budget reconciliations and support for vendor management.Monitor, administer and triage information from relevant portals, shared team inbox, MS Teams and other systems.Assist with operational day to day requirements to ensure compliance with requirements of policy and procedure, legislation and technical and government guidelines.Manage and track team's input to external developments, proposals and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.Support in the collation and development of internal and external reports, papers and presentations.Support with data management, project management tools, databases, dashboards and record keeping.What we are looking for :Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.Demonstrated experience in coordination of Projects / Programs / Events.Demonstrated experience in record management, scheduling and coordinating training.Demonstrated ability and experience in working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.Structured and organised approach in administering information and documentation.Demonstrated proficiency in the use of record keeping systems and MS Office.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support various staff members.Current NSW Drivers LicenceHow we will support you :At WaterNSW, we balance flexibility – and the way we work – with the needs of the business, our teams, and us as individuals.When it comes to working in an office, we work in a hybrid way.
