Senior Project Coordinator - Strategy and Enablement
Location: Perth

This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full, Permanent Part Time appointment/s.
We currently have 2 permanent Full Time positions for immediate filling available (part-time arrangements at 0.8FTE will be considered).

Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

Position Profile: Do you want to be part of a team that will shape a new Strategy and Enablement function for the East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS)?
As the Senior Project Coordinator - Strategy & Enablement, you will lead and facilitate strategic planning which achieves alignment between EMHS's strategic priorities and the wider health reform agenda.
You will provide informed advice based on identification of trends, emerging issues, risks, and opportunities.
You will develop and implement strategic projects, working with a range of stakeholders to collectively deliver on the EMHS vision, strategic plan, and strategic initiatives.

You will need to have highly developed communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of different stakeholders.

Area Profile: The East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) comprises an extensive hospital and health service network that aims to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of more than 670,000 Western Australians in its catchment area.
Our hospital network works together to provide a combination of tertiary, secondary and specialist health care services including emergency and critical care, state trauma, elective and emergency surgery, general medical, mental health, inpatient and outpatient services, aged care, palliative care, rehabilitation and women's, children's and neonates services.
The EMHS consists of Royal Perth Hospital; Armadale Health Service; Bentley Health Service; Kalamunda Hospital; St John of God Midland Public Hospital and a range of community and population health services.
