Here, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a passionate team dedicated to exceeding client expectations.About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator and Bookkeeper to join our team.
This is a full-time on-site position with the flexibility to be either part-time or full-time.
You will be responsible for managing the invoicing, billing, and collections process, maintaining accounts receivable records, and handling bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial management.You will be responsible for:Processing and managing client invoices.Monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts to ensure prompt payments.Reconciling accounts receivable records and resolve discrepancies.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system.Administrative tasks upon requestOur ideal candidate will have:Minimum 1 years' experience in a bookkeeping role.Degree majoring in AccountingProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively and work well in a team environmentKnowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulationsExperience in accounts receivable or related financial roles will be viewed favorably Fluency is Mandarin is preferred.What happens next?Apply: Please submit your resume to ****** person interview: You will be invited to interview with our manager.
