We are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their professional goals through innovative learning solutions and industry partnerships.Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Training Associate with strong training and coaching abilities to join our team. The Sales Training Associate will be instrumental in our training team by contributing to improving efficiencies in sales skills, developing and identifying training needs for a team of National Course Advisors. Join us in shaping the future of our sales team and make a meaningful impact on our organisation's success.Responsibilities:Complete call observations for Team Leaders to deliver coaching.Schedule regular individual and team training plans.Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs.Help facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires and sales trainees.Oversee training material and suggest/implement improvements.Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g., on-the-job training, seminars, and simulations).Work closely with key stakeholders to help optimize performance through individual training plans.Create an open-communication climate and gather team members' preferences for potential training.Maintain/create and update training collateral.Stay up to date with employee development trends.Submit reports on training activities and results.Experience/Skills:Proven experience as a Sales /Customer Service trainer or similar role.Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.Experience in educational or training content development is a plus.Understanding of the call centre sales process and associated soft skills that support performance.A natural communicator with the ability to establish trusting relationships with the team.A TAE40122 desirable or ability to obtain preferred but not essential.What we can do for you:Career progression and leadership development pathways.Collegial and cooperative environment with the aim of academic excellence.Mobility within the organisation and locations.Staff study scholarship up to 75% for all courses.First class modern facilities.Health & Wellbeing packages which includes free counselling for employees and family, discounted gym membership, movie tickets, discounts on travel, accommodation, and insurance.Salary packaging and novated leasing.Please apply online:Include a cover letter and CV highlighting your relevant experience and how you would apply it in an educational training environment.Applications will be assessed upon receipt, so we encourage you to apply or enquire now.Successful candidates will require full working rights in Australia and may undergo criminal records and working with children checks.About Us:Navitas is a leading global education provider that has helped generations of learners transform their lives through education.
