Offer: Competitive salary packagesCareer development and growth opportunitiesA supportive, collaborative team environmentExciting and diverse healthcare projectsOngoing training and professional developmentKey Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts for healthcare fitout projectsCoordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are metTrack and manage project timelines, budgets, and contract changesEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and submit progress claims and variationsAssist with the resolution of contractual disputes and issuesSupport the project management team in maintaining detailed project recordsKey Requirements: Relevant qualifications and experience in contracts administration, construction, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesExperience with healthcare fitout projects is desirableProficiency with contract management software and MS Office SuiteAbility to work independently and within a team environmentA proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
