Lead Educators Sparrow Early Learning Ferny Grove Full-time positions We are looking for an exceptionally experienced, warm, nurturing & encouraging Superstar who: Has a true passion for high quality Early Childhood Education & Care Is inspired by the opportunity to help young minds take flight Has an inclusive leadership style and will mentor and develop our team members As our Lead Educator you are essential part of our team
You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver play-based educational programs and practices that supports the development of young minds.
You will provide a safe, creative, responsive and nurturing environment that engages our children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills. Sparrow Early Learning Ferny Grove is a fully renovated, warm and welcoming childcare centre that provides the highest quality care and education for our children and their families. Conveniently located on the corner of Hogarth and McGinn Road in Ferny Grove, our centre is close to public transport and within walking distance from the Ferny Grove Shopping Centre.
We have neighboring schools such as Ferny Grove State and Ferny Grove State High school.
What you'll need: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy Current Working with Children Check Proven experience in providing cozy hugs to little people Excellent communication & leadership skills Experience with Storypark is a bonus First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
