Join us in driving financial success and innovation within Boral Finance's Division.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join the team based at North Ryde.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our organization while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Your day will involve:
Month-end accounting including journals and reconciliations.
Preparation of monthly management reports and analysis of variances against budgets and forecasts.
Work with the business to drive favourable cash outcomes across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory.
Ensure all transactional processes comply with accounting standards and Boral Accounting Policies.
Identify and report process gaps and participate in continuous improvement opportunities.
Ad-hoc analysis & insights that drives business objectives.
What we are looking for:
Superior Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant standards.
Experience in understanding complex financial reports.
Detailed understanding of Financial Systems.
Strong people skills and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
