What you'll be doing : This role focuses on providing exceptional, individualised patient care within a collaborative healthcare team.
Key responsibilities include :
Supporting patients with personal care, mobility, and communication under Registered Nurse / Midwife guidance. Delivering nursing care within scope of practice and maintaining accurate records. Assisting with technical support tasks, such as procedure setup and equipment cleaning. Promoting person-centred care and engaging in quality improvement initiatives. Ensuring workplace health and safety compliance through proactive participation and reporting. Applicant must hold Certificate III Acute Care (HLT33115) or be enrolled in Bachelor of Nursing degree second year. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrated ability to use information technology systems. Proven ability to be self-motivated, flexible and adaptive as clinical needs arise, and still remain within the scope of practice of an AIN. Demonstrated ability to manage conflict situations in a calm and professional manner. Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills, including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team. Requisition ID : REQ515661
