Assistant Development Manager

We are engaged exclusively by a private property developer owned by a high-net-worth family whose origins dated back over 100 years.
This group owns just under 900 hectares of landholdings across Australia and has access to significant development funding facilities.
This group is creating a large diverse property portfolio of industrial and commercial properties.
Our client wants a self-motivated and adaptable Assistant Development Manager to assist with the delivery of a 184-hectare master planned industrial and commercial project in Sydney's southwest and a 57-hectare industrial project in Western Australia.
They are looking for someone with experience in the planning and delivery of industrial projects as either a Project Manager or Assistant Development Manager.
You must possess strong financial and commercial acumen, experience in managing multiple stakeholders, and be genuinely interested in delivering large scale industrial and commercial projects.
You must also possess related tertiary qualifications and be a strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills.
