Job Description - Sales Administration Manager (SAL00000040) Are you a driven, proactive leader with a passion for achieving high standards in a fast-paced environment?
Join our team as a Sales Administration Manager and take charge of streamlining sales operations, enhancing workflow efficiency, and supporting our sales team to deliver high-quality results.
You will lead and mentor your team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity in processing sales orders, rate entry, handling customer inquiries, writing and submission of tenders, and managing the cost recovery process.
In addition, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, maintaining sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, contract KPI's and key dates, and providing insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee a team of sales administrators, ensuring the accurate processing of sales orders, rate entry, and customer inquiries.
Manage cost recovery processes while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor contract KPIs, key dates, and provide insights to aid decision-making and ensure business targets are met.
Report on new business growth and provide input into creating and maintaining budgets for Sales Representatives.
Manage and maintain CRM data with a focus on accuracy, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.
Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
Track team performance metrics using Power Bi, provide feedback, and implement improvements where needed.
Ensure accuracy and precision in all sales administration tasks while adhering to company rules and standards.

Qualifications About you: 2+ years of experience in sales or business administration roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of supporting sales teams in meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed.
Experience in the transport and logistics industry is preferred but not essential.
High-level competency in CRM systems.
Detail-oriented with strong technical expertise.
Driven to improve processes with a focus on achieving results.
