Location: Perth, Western Australia
Salary: from 115K + 12.5% super
The Role: Permanent, Monday to Friday, Negotiable start & finish times
Relocation package: May be available for those relocating

This role is in a vibrant suburb located in the southeastern part of Perth, Western Australia, approximately 20 kilometres from the city centre.
Known for its welcoming community and family-friendly atmosphere, it offers a blend of suburban living with easy access to urban amenities.
The area is rich in natural beauty, with several parks, reserves, and green spaces, including the tranquil Mills Park and the picturesque Canning River, making it a great location for outdoor activities.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Relevant qualifications in Nursing or Aged Care Management Proven experience in managing home care services or aged care teams Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills A commitment to high standards of care and continuous improvement Experience in creating and managing care plans, assessments, and medication management Ability to work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and staff A demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and best practices How to Apply:
