Reception / Client Services Officer Role in Canberra

With six offices across regional NSW and the ACT, Twomeys is looking for a motivated Administration Assistant / Receptionist (Client Services Officer) to become an integral part of our Canberra based team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering outstanding client service while building positive relationships.
Manage reception and front office duties with professionalism and care.
Provide administrative support to the team, keeping everything running smoothly.
Process data accurately and manage appointments using Microsoft Office.
Uphold office procedures while demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing your time efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
Someone eager to learn and grow in an office administration role, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
A confident and friendly communicator with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
A detail-oriented individual with a sharp eye for accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various computer applications.
A collaborative team player who excels at managing multiple responsibilities.
Certification in Business Administration, Bookkeeping or Accounting is preferred but not essential.
