About the Role
The Director of Nursing and Midwifery (DONM), Professional Capability and Governance provides high-level contemporary strategic, operational and professional nursing and midwifery leadership and management for the MSH EDNM Division.
The role provides high-level strategic, policy, and operational leadership to the MSH EDNM Division, guiding the direction of programs and projects, aligning key strategic initiatives, and driving the achievement of performance outcomes.
The DONM leads performance improvement efforts and upholds the highest standards of clinical and corporate governance.
