About the role
MSS Security is seeking experienced Control Room Operators for the University of Melbourne.
In this fast-paced role, you will monitor surveillance systems, manage incident responses, coordinate communication between security personnel and emergency services, oversee access control and visitor management, respond to emergencies, and handle daily phone inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of security experience and a valid control room license.
Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Full Time Campus Officer at the University of Melbourne

Skills & experience

Full Australian Working Rights
Current Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement
Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
Current Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
Availability to work a 24*7 rotating roster
Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
