Responsibilities:Handle and process insurance claims related to catastrophic events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Communicate with customers in a compassionate and professional manner, providing support and guidance throughout the claims process.Investigate and assess the extent of damage, loss, or injury to determine coverage and liability.Collaborate with internal teams, adjusters, and external partners to facilitate the claims resolution process.Keep detailed records and documentation of claims activities and communications.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends.Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their claims and answer any inquiries they may have.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.A bit about you:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate informationExperience in administration, with high attention to detailSkilled at multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilitiesFamiliarity with case or portfolio management is a plusDon't tick every box?
