Join our dynamic team as a Claims Advisor at our Sippy Downs Head Office location.
As a Claims Adviser, your role will be central to Youi's reputation and relationships.
You will play a crucial role in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most.
By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

Responsibilities: Manage your own portfolio of claims. Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish. Problem-solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi. Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and Assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolio. A bit about you: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate information. Experience in administration, with high attention to detail. Skilled at multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
