About this role We are looking for an Administration Team Member to join our Warehouse and Distribution Team based at Outer Harbor.
No previous administrative experience required.

Role Overview The Administration Team Member provides efficient and accurate clerical support to Flinders Warehouse and Distribution operational functions, with a view to enhancing productivity and efficiency on an ongoing basis.
This role is responsible for ensuring high quality consistent customer service in alignment with operational requirements.
No previous administration experience is required.
We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a can do attitude.
Key Responsibilities Manage the administration of import and export process for various types of cargo, ensuring smooth and timely port clearance; Work closely with customers, stakeholders, authorities, and the Operations team to meet customer service standards, schedule inspections, and ensure compliance with customs and biosecurity requirements; Raise and process consignment notes, maintain accurate transaction records, and complete data entry, invoicing, and other clerical tasks; Track freight movement, address delays or issues, and ensure efficient operational communication within workgroups; Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; and Assist the leadership team with planning, clerical tasks, and responding to customer inquiries as needed.
About you Your skills and experience will include; Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills; High attention to detail; Strong customer service skills; Basic IT user understanding; Willingness to learn; and Understands quality control standards and takes responsibility for quality of own work.
