Apply today and be part of our award-winning team.Join us, and become a HeartistJob DescriptionLead by example to provide efficient, friendly and professional F&B service to all guests.Direct the functioning of the F&B operation relating to employees, guest issues, brand standard audits, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, guests, local community members, and vendors.Maintain effective communication, give direction, provide training & development of staff, support, timely feedback, and recognition of performance.QualificationsA charismatic leader, inspiring the Food & Beverage team to provide our patrons with a genuinely unforgettable experience.
