Join our dynamic team as a System Support - Compensation Admin. You will play a crucial role in enabling the University's strategic HR capabilities by leveraging leading technologies. You'll gain invaluable experience in optimising workforce processes, troubleshooting issues, and driving operational excellence through efficient solutions.
Your responsibilities will include: Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving integration and production issues promptlyConfiguring and building processes in Workday to ensure optimal solutionsDeveloping and maintaining HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decision-makingProviding end-user support and training on HR systems and processesYou may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced HR systems professional with a passion for driving operational excellence through efficient workforce management solutions.
You may also: Possess a Certified Workforce Administrator qualification or relevant tertiary educationHave experience in HR SaaS systems, preferably WorkdayDemonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skillsPossess excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesBe well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaborativelyWhat we offer you
